Conventional consulting serves one client at a time. Our model is different: we bring groups of firms together around questions of shared strategic significance — questions too large, systemic, or consequential for any single firm to address effectively on its own — and we design the analysis, convening, and policy engagement around this collective inquiry.

We design engagements that bring multiple firms and organizations together as participants, not as parallel clients. We bring in additional local or international expertise as needed. This pooled knowledge, perspectives, and strategic thinking serves as substantive input into the work itself — and the structured deliberation among peers becomes a source of insight that no individual consulting engagement can replicate.

We work on questions of substantive significance for Qatar’s economic future — fiscal and regulatory environment, sectoral diversification, organisational effectiveness, corporate governance, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policy. We do not undertake transactional or generic advisory work, and we do not chase mandates outside our areas of focus.
