Sustainable Solutions is a Qatar Financial Centre-registered advisory practice that works at the intersection of strategy, corporate governance, organisational effectiveness, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) policy. We work with private-sector firms, public institutions, international organisations, and academic centers on questions where the substance, scale, or sensitivity of the work calls for collective discussion and engagement more than conventional one-to-one consulting.

Three convictions shape our approach. First, the collective expertise of Qatar’s firms and institutions, when mobilised through structured engagement, is an underused resource for national strategy development. Second, we focus on questions of substantive significance for Qatar’s economic future, not transactional or generic advisory work. Third, we design engagements that reinforce both the private benefits of participating organizations and the social benefits of collective engagement and action.

Our team draws on extensive experience in economic policy research, institution-building, and convening across the Gulf.
